Damon/Elena/Katherine

Isn’t This Exactly Where You’d Like Me? - He throws open the door, not really sure what to expect. It’s certainly not Katherine fucking Pierce and Elena fucking Gilbert. On his bed. Together.

Sex With Your Ex, And Your Brother’s Girlfriend. (Also Known As: Dominating Damon) - “No touching!” Katherine growls when Damon goes for Elena’s hip. “Or I’ll take your hand off.”

Just Because She Can - “I’ve been a bad bad girl / I’ve been careless with a delicate man / And it’s a sad sad world / When a girl will break a boy / Just because she can / Don’t you tell me to deny it / I’ve done wrong and I want to / Suffer for my sins / I’ve come to you ‘cause I need / Guidance to be true / And I just don’t know where I can begin.”

Damon/Elena/Stefan

So I Say To You, Come Home - ‘Hey, Elena, so — while I was in the shower Damon pulled back the curtain and told me I was being a selfish bastard and that I should share you, what do you think?’ No, it just doesn’t work for Stefan, sorry. Either way, Damon’s going to try and make it work, whether Stefan likes it or not.

All The Same To Me - Do not underestimate Damon’s powers of persuasion. Or: the one where Damon runs for public office while trying to date his brother & their girlfriend, as told by Stefan Salvatore.

Don’t Threaten Me With Love, Baby - “Don’t enjoy this too much,” I told Damon’s unconscious body as I slid down the bed to lie by his side, curving my body around his, willing it to absorb the heat.

You Want To Know How It Will Be - Triads aren’t easy, especially when two of you are vampires. Also brothers.

Where’s Our Girlfriend? - What might have happened, if Elena met Damon first.

Across Unhallowed Ground - “What’s this shelf?” She asks.

BTW - Damon listens and plots. BRILLIANTLY.

BFF - Elena makes Bonnie and Damon behave with each other, sort of. Then Damon and Elena go home.

In the event of my death - They’d come across the folder one afternoon while looking for sweater.

Love Takes Hostages - After Katherine shatters Damon’s world, Damon’s forced to reconsider his priorities and decides that rekindling the bloody mess of a relationship with his brother is the best remedy for his broken heart. Of course, Stefan is with Elena now, but it isn’t that difficult for Damon to show Elena exactly how truly twisted his relationship with his brother is—and how susceptible she is to being drawn into their tangled web.

Love As A Second Language - Sometimes the message gets lost in translation, but the message has always been the same: I love you, I need you, Come back

The Crux - There are many facets of their situation that Elena has not fully figured out, but she knows that this never would have worked unless Stefan and Damon loved each other just as much as they love her.

House Rules & Doppelganger

→ Update: March 22, 2012

Gravity - ‘But I am not a prize to be won, Damon, and I think you need to understand that.’ She’s not being cruel, she’s being honest, and she believes that Damon needs to hear this. That Stefan should hear this, too.

Black and White - Elena Gilbert thinks her life took a crazy turn when she meet her vampire boyfriend Stefan, but when his brother Damon comes to Mystic Falls, everything turns into chaos.

One-shot

Warning: Explicit content suitable for mature adults.

According to Plan - ‘The more people who know, the easier this will be’ Stefan had said. ‘Just go along with the act until I can figure out what Katherine is really here for.’ It sounded like a good plan, but somewhere along the way both Elena and Stefan find a new objective. Companion piece: Meanwhile.

The clothes I wore just don’t fit my soul anymore - “We all don’t trust you,” Caroline informs her and Elena gives a sharp hey. “But this Damon Salvatore, Protector thing, is worse than I thought.”

Auld Lang Syne - Elena grew up believing in true love. She just never thought she’d find it with Damon.

It’s You, Always - The first time she chooses him, something bright explodes in her heart, and all she can see is that perfect, crazy blue.

Postcards From Italy - “He squints one eye at the camera and smiles. “Not fair,” he says in a sleepy voice, and Elena giggles. “You’re cute when you wake up,” floats her quiet voice, and the angle shifts a bit so that she can take in his rumpled hair.”

Picture Perfect - She waits for the cards to arrive in the mail, if only to see their faces once again.

A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes - “Where are you taking me?” Katherine drawled as Damon led her through the woods surrounding the Salvatore property. Companion piece: The First Five Times.

Drown in the Moment With Me - They really aren’t that different at all. And the moment Elena realizes that is the moment she realizes not loving Damon Salvatore has never been a choice.

Grey Morning - Elena and Damon have a quiet moment right before dawn.

The Art of Letting Go - It’s easy to see she means it; she’s ready to let Stefan go. Problem is; Damon’s not sure he’s ready to let go with her.

Wednesday - Wednesday’s stop being interesting, life-threatening or fun when Damon stops coming around.

These stairs lead to nowhere - “I don’t want to let go,” she tells him near the end of week nine. “I think it’s around that time where you either let go, or you let yourself become obsessed.” She watches him with a steady gaze. “And I don’t want to let go.”

Fives Scenes of Domesticity - He begins to think of these moments of domesticity as a moment happening in an alternate universe that has nothing to do with the one they’re living in now.

Save You - Caroline sighs. “You two can be so similar it’s irritating. Both wanting to be the savior and neither wanting to be the one that’s saved.”

Humidity - ‘Can I tell you the rest tomorrow?’ Elena wakes up before dawn to some realizations of her own, and she and Damon conquer them together, only to confront them in the morning.

I’ve Only Got Forever, And Forever Is Fine - “Oh, what a beautiful wedding!” says a bride’s maid to a waiter. Prequel: Say Goodnight, Our First Goodbye.

Sleeping to Dream - Elena and Damon through a series of nights together.

As Long As Our Forever Lasts - Damon stands just inside her gate, strolling ever closer in dark blue jeans and his leather jacket, looking exactly as he did eight years ago. Elena drops her flowers and the handful of dirt she’s holding to stare at him more precisely.

And love is not the easy thing - He’s not sure either of them knows how to let him go.

Letting go (and holding on) - Sometimes, love means letting go (and sometimes it doesn’t).

Acclimation - She could get used to this.

Walking Away (she doesn’t make it easy) - Sometimes it’s easier to just walk away, they say… well, they’ve obviously never met Elena Gilbert.

You’re in My Veins (and I cannot get you out) - It’s always push and pull—never just push, and never just pull. God forbid it should ever be so easy.

First Encounter - What if Elena’s real first encounter was with Damon instead? “And for a moment they were in their own little bubble, no longer strangers.”

Ghost of You - What if Damon’s profession of love came when Elena’s necklace was right where it belonged and Stefan’s bite made her wounds just that more deep? “I can wait forever, you know.”

After the Storm - Set roughly four years in the future as Damon and Elena weather through the good and bad of their relationship. Sequel: Hold You For A Million Years.

And It Took So Long Just to Feel Alright - Katherine has been left in Damon’s care while staying with the Salvatore brothers. Elena is not happy.

That’s the Beauty of Eternity - Eternity is a long time (and I’m determined to enjoy it).

You are the night time fear… - Once, she dreamt of him; he interrupted a moment she thought she was sharing with Stefan, a moment she hadn’t yet decided she wanted to share with Stefan.

Damon & Elena Ficlets - A kiss on a bridge; a kiss in Damon’s bedroom; kissing while painting; kissing on the Boarding House grounds.

Same Sky, Different Ground - Snapshots starting from ‘The New Deal’.

It Took Forever (for her to come to him) - Elena wants something Stefan can’t give her.

The grass is greener where it rains - He can’t help but notice Jeremy Gilbert following him around like a Labrador puppy, trying to be helpful (and actually accomplishing it), and also managing to outsmart Elena on like every level.

Fortune Found - Damon’s not sure how it’s possible that the idea of never having Elena ever is more painful than having had Katherine, losing her, finding out he could get her back, working toward it for a century and a half, losing her all over again, and then realizing he’d never really had her at all.

Pictures - Elena hadn’t thought about their dance at all.

This Feeling - Things are not okay between Elena and Damon. But they will be.

The Start Of A New Tradition - Elena’s ready for new Christmas traditions; ones that no longer involve Stefan. She wrangles Damon into helping her out, but gets more than she bargained for.

Home - “So, what are you going to do, Elena?” Stefan questioned in that amused tone that had enveloped his usual caring one

The Midnight Kiss - As the countdown begins, Elena finds herself leaning in…

Inevitable - Elena will kiss him first. This is important. This is what happens when you grow exhausted from outrunning the inevitable.

Five Women Damon Salvatore Loved (Usually With Tragic Results) - Women were always Damon’s weakness.

Word Of Mouth -  So while it is totally understandable that Elena is feeling as uncomfortable and awkward as possible, she’s also rather aroused, but she’s going to ignore that tiny, insignificant detail for now.

Cranberries and Cravings - It was with a heavy heart that Elena dug out the old Christmas lights from their box, safely tucked away in a nook of the basement.

Untitled - Elena shifts her head away from the sound, rolling over in the bed and tugging the sheets around her. “Damon, stop it,” she mutters.

Untitled - “No, Elena, I will not go to your bedroom with you.”

Hit The Ground Running - “There is nothing to admit,” she tells him with steel in her voice, but her eyes are on his lips, and they betray her hard words.

& I Saw What It Was That I Had Done- “I came around to see Stefan,” she pauses, “I wanted to thank him for finding my necklace.” She fingers the chain around her neck and doesn’t look at Damon when his face tightens. “But he’s just gone out, so I said I’d wait.” (The things Elena Gilbert does and doesn’t remember, and the things Damon Salvatore does and doesn’t know.)

So The Fast Dance Won’t Last But Never Means Forever - “Elena,” he murmurs, and his voice is husky, “if I’m going to fuck you against your dresser, I think you might want to take your pretty little pastel panties off.”

Inching Through Your Bed - “Now, are you going to be difficult-Elena and continue standing there, or are you going to be nice-Elena and come sit on the bed?” “Which Elena doesn’t get eaten?”

The Scent Of Trust - Post Fool Me Once. Elena is there for Damon after they get back from opening the tomb. But will Damon be able to trust Elena enough to let her see his true feelings?

I’m coming home for Christmas - Damon has been away from town after Elena and Stefan got back together but now he’s coming home for Christmas.

Twin Flames - Elena is late. She’s hot and flustered. And to top it all off, she can’t reach the zip on her dress and there’s nobody around to help her.

Never Let Go - Together, they’ll learn that some bonds don’t break after all.

Explosion - Katherine is destroying Elena’s life, bit by bit. She’s determined to fight back. But everyone is allowed to break down. And Damon’s there to see it.

This you can’t repair, this you’ll reap - They’ve been on the road three days before Elena asks in a shaky voice if they can call home yet. Scanning the rearview mirror one more time, Damon spares her a glance and shakes his head.

On/Off - Sometimes you think you know a person, and you’ve barely scratched the surface

It Was Like This - There are sorority girls in his house again, and Stefan asks Elena to play therapist…with revealing results.

Everything’s In Freefall - Damon & Elena share confessions over risotto, and normalcy over dude movies.

Come Home - When Damon appears in Elena’s room drunk and distraught, Elena tries her best to calm him down.

How You Really Feel - In a bar in Georgia, a loose-tongued Elena tells Damon how she really feels.

Perfect Timing - Damon and Elena meet a little sooner, while her throat is still bare.

A Very Tangled Christmas - “It wasn’t everyday that he got to witness Elena Gilbert, of all people, perform such ridiculously suggestive dance moves in a ruby red mini-dress with fluffy white trim.” Damon gets distracted while hanging up Christmas lights.

Two things that should have happened, and one that still might - “That’s the way to a vampire’s heart.” What would have happened if Elena had just leaned into Damon?

A Corner of Your Heart - “So obviously what I need to do,” Damon says, “is make it my new mission in life to see that you actually get out of the house and have fun.”

So Cold, So Cold - She really doesn’t want to think about what would happen to Damon if people found out he’s the one causing the mayhem. She tells herself it’s just because she’s a compassionate person, and not because she cares for him at all.

Tangled Up In You - She’s not sure how her life inexplicably intertwined itself into his. All she knows is that it had. And it’s the reason she’ll be there until the very end.

The Deepest Feeling Always Shows Itself In Silence - The pale light of the waning moon softly drifted through a small gap in the heavy curtains covering the windows.

Dance with Me - The second time she dances with him, she isn’t so afraid anymore. In fact, she’s plunging into the water headfirst.

Could you look at my chart (help me heal these scars?) - He feels like shit, it’s fucking Christmas Day, and the only thing he can think to do to make himself feel better is build a fire in the fireplace in his bedroom and drink until he can’t think anymore. Sequel: Hold Me Here.

And The Heart Skips a Beat - A spin-off of the scene where she slaps him.

The Floor, It Needs Sweeping - When you’ve only ever loved two women in your whole 168 years, doesn’t it make sense that you’d kill one of them to preserve the other?

We’re bright and burning; we only come out at night. - Sometimes, I’m terrified of my heart. Of its constant hunger for whatever it is it wants.

The Road Less Traveled - My mama told me, ever since I was seven; hold your head up high.

Who drives the runaway train? - Obsession (n.): a persistent, disturbing preoccupation.

This Pain, It Seems to Never End - There’s a hole in her heart that she’s tried placing a band-aid over but it just won’t stick. The adhesive always dries up and then she’s just left with the renewed pain and the sting of tears in her eyes.

Moving In From The Sidelines - When they finally get Stefan home, certain conversations need to be had.

Breaking all the rules that would bend - Some lines are meant to be crossed.

Give Me Strength - She catapults herself forward, towards the only boy she’s ever understood completely, and relief saturates his features, such potent love in the set of his jaw that she swallows, hard. He catches her with open arms.

Getting It Right - Klaus has been defeated and Elena died in the process. When she reawakens as a vampire and remembers a certain memory, she finally realizes her need for the darker brother. Unfortunately, he’s doesn’t exactly welcome her with open arms.

I Will Not Bow - They drink, they play pool, they banter, and Damon knows he’s in trouble.

Reflections - Elena set the brush down on the bathroom vanity and turned back toward her bedroom, ready to curl up under the covers and confess every confusing thought she’d had over the last few days into her diary.

Holiday Hijinx - Twas the night before xmas and not a creature was stirring except for Damon and Elena…as vampire and slayer.

Tell me no lies - How does Damon react when he finds out about the deal Elena made?

Unspoken truths - A scene between Damon and Elena continuing an earlier conversation.

After Hours - Elena’s running through dark hallways, trying to escape the one person who’s chasing her. Or is she…

Our Road is Long (Your Hold is Strong) - Everyone’s self-control has a breaking point.

These Lights; they’re all around me - She wants out. She wants away. That’s what she came here for. That’s why she said yes without even having to consider it when Damon rocked up on her doorstep in his beat up blue Chevy and told her he was going away for a while; did she want to come? She never asked him why he asked her, and she probably won’t until much later on. She just packed her bags and left a note for Jenna and walked out of the house and into the car like she had no cares in the world.

Chasing Butterflies - Her mother once told her that butterflies only live for a few days.

Skinny Love - “I was ready,” she whispers tearfully into his hair, unable to comprehend that in his delusional state, he probably can’t even hear her. “I was ready to love you, and now you’re dying. It’s not fair.”

Never Fade Away - He pulls her into his arms, and she doesn’t resist. She burrows deep into his hold and cries. She cries because she knows she is forgetting something beautiful.

Stale Sweat and Cinnamon (or Why Damon and Elena Owe Alaric a New Workout Bench) - Damon can be hard-headed sometimes; Elena gives him a gentle…nudge.

Completely Intertwined - Damon has been acting as the protector of Elena ever since Stefan gave up his freedom to Klaus to save Damon’s life. They’ve never talked about the feelings brewing between them, but things might be coming to a head.

Healing Wounds - Continuation of “Smells Like Teen Spirit” Delena scene if Alaric hadn’t walked in.

Perfect Symmetry - ‘Could it be true that he won the battle and the heart of the girl? That couldn’t possibly be right, he wasn’t what dreams were made of, more like nightmares. Yet the picture in front of him looked like his own happy ending.’

A Very Merry Christmas - His eyes went up to the mistletoe that was hanging from the arch. When he looked back down at her, he was more than surprised. Her eyes were wide, but she wasn’t backing away…

On the outside looking in - Damon and Elena spend an evening together at the boarding house. He openly flirts, she subconsciously does the same. There’s cooking, a food fight and insane chemistry.

And the World Crashed Down - Stefan was her boyfriend, the centre of her teenage world but Damon was the normal she’d craved since the world crashed down.

And The Heart Skips a Beat - A spin-off of the scene where she slaps him.

Beneath an umbrella - Elena is desperate to save Stefan, but Damon is determined to protect her. So they face-off, protected from the rain by the shelter of an umbrella.

Blood That Rushes Red - Damon gets hurt and Elena wants to help.

The Subtle Grace of Gravity - Isobel told everyone in town square that he was in love with her. What is he going to say now? Elena finds him and they - talk - about it.

Take, Take, Give - Elena wants to come but Damon wants to drag it out.

No one else - For Damon there is no one else than Elena. Can she say the same about him?

It Beats, Softly - Damon thinks how foolish this is, to allow oneself to be so vulnerable, surely its only admirable quality is how pathetic it makes one out to be. But Elena does not feel like a risk. Elena feels like quiet and comfort unfurling warmly in his stomach.

Damon’s Song - Damon reminisces about his mother with Elena.

Four Times Katherine “Helped” Damon, and One Time She Really Helped Him - Um…four times Damon and Katherine have sex and one time they don’t. (Warning: It’s a Damon/Katherine fic, but it’s all about Damon/Elena).

In the shower - Elena sighs as she undresses in the bathroom, mind on where she’s left Damon in the bedroom, still half asleep.
Dreams in which I’m dying - Grieving turns into loving and there’s such a thin line. “She wonders when she started to read him so well. When his every thought started to mirror hers. When one look into those paralyzing eyes told her everything.”

A Taste of Decadence - A late night urge to cook leads the older Savatore brother to the lovely kitchen of one Elena Gilbert.

My Own Darkness - Eternal…you think, that is what forces of nature are, and you shiver as the light of day slowly loses its battle with the coming evening.

Hurt - Memories sting your skin like invisible burn marks, forever reminding you of the touches that once set your skin on fire but are just painful torture now.

Human Night - You have managed to use your mind to keep your heart from feeling anything for so long.

The art of getting us from there to here - ‘But as you shift your weight away—never tearing your eyes from her, never that—she surprises you one more time.’

Firsts - It didn’t matter if she was first or last or somewhere in-between.

Hot Chocolate - Damon and Elena warm up/cuddle up on the couch in front of the fireplace at the Salvatore boarding house after they had to spend most of the day outside in the snow (for whatever reason).

Bloodstream - He could sense her breathing was more strained than it had been before, and as he placed his fingers to her cheek…Elena’s eyes fluttered lightly.

Cereal and Co - When he wakes up in the morning, the first thing he wants to see is her. Every morning. For the rest of her eternity.

What Once Was Lost - He was going to take it all away with him when he left. Elena had other ideas.

Off White Knight - The steady beat of her heart and the undeniable sweetness of her scent means that she’s safe.

A Strange Domesticity - Elena often opens her eyes to see his face. Sometimes he’s still sleeping; sometimes he’s watching her.

Silent Promise - He tries his hardest to make her smile at least once each day.

The Perfect Tree - Damon and Elena pick a Christmas tree in the snow. A snowball fight ensues and our heroine gets a little bit too cold.

All I want for Christmas is you - As they made their way down the street, Elena groaned. “I can’t believe three lots have closed down. Doesn’t anybody else need a Christmas tree?”

Bloodstream - “Show me how a real vampire does it.”

It Takes All Kinds - “What really flatters a man is that you think him worth flattering.”

Never Have You Ever - Damon and Elena play a game for very different reasons.

Pretty Please - Elena’s been attacked, Damon’s there to help. He guesses.

Shifting Plates - Katherine always liked to be touched there, too.

Things You May Allow - Damon gets roughed up. Then roughs up. (Warning: Damon/Katherine)

Your Tears Are Cheap - Corruption. Not so plain and not very simple.

Nothing is so lost - Elena doesn’t want to be 18 forever.

100-word drabbles

Do You Trust Me - Scene-to-shot fic for the scene after Elena kills Bex in ‘Homecoming’

Intoxicating - What if it had been Elena that Damon kissed?

Midnight Snack - Elena remembers when a real romance was something out of a storybook – no, the idea didn’t seem ironic then.

Breaking Into Basements You Never Knew You Had - She could feel the jealousy rolling off of him in waves.

Blue - She’d never expected it - being with him - to be like this.

A Christmas to Remember - Damon & Elena get stuck in the snow on Christmas Eve. With all the creative ways to stay warm…what will they choose?

It’s a Wonderful Life - Damon and Elena are snowed in to the Boarding House, and all Elena has to wear are a particularly ridiculous pair of Chrismtas pajamas. How will Damon get her out of them?

Not Just A Dance - Right now, they’re Damon and Elena, they’re dancing again, and nothing else matters.

Future Reality - Because some dreams are future reflections of reality.

In Gradients - So they’re not Romeo and Juliet; they don’t have that tragic, fairytale romance. But they’re Damon and Elena. And who needs the tragedy and the sappiness anyways, when they’ve got this great thing going on?

Periodical Temptation - Damon and Elena are alone in her room – while she has her period. “Elena, didn’t you know that a menstruating woman heightens a vampire’s sexual desire?”

Plausible Deniability - “You’re really big on plausible deniability aren’t you, Elena?” A conversation between Katherine and Elena, in which Elena realizes how deep her feelings for Damon really are.

A Good Deed - What would have happened if Stefan hadn’t interrupted the supersweet Delena-moment of buttoning-the-shirt?

The Night Before Christmas - Damon gets caught sneaking into Elena’s room. What’s he doing and how will she react when he tells her?

Baking Christmas Cookies - Everyone’s busy for the holidays, and the only two left alone are Damon and Elena. They decide to spend Christmas in the boarding house, and begin baking cookies…

Every other cheesy cliché - Damon has to protect Elena while Stefan goes to talk to Katherine, and she finds that she doesn’t really mind his company.

Best Loved - He was first born, but he was no longer best loved. People in Damon’s life always loved Stefan, sometimes they loved him so much there was no room left to love Damon, too. But with Elena, he would stop at absolutely nothing to have her love him best.

She Dreams - She dreams about him, and she can only wonder why.

Nothing to Worry About - Damon has that look that speaks of temptation and sin and sex, and Elena looks entirely too at home in that blue Chevy.

You May Be The World - The gaudy lapis lazuli says he is a daywalker; the simple gold band says he is hers.

A Footnote in History - He hates that porch. Nothing good ever happens to him on it. If he’s not kissing the wrong girl, he’s being told by the right one that there’s no longer room for him in her life.

Silent Contemplation - She watches him because she loves his body.

Wounded Hearts - Elena asks Damon to stay, and he takes care of her wounds.

Love In The Darkness - Elena can’t hide from her feelings for Damon forever. Especially when she’s stuck in an elevator with him!

Strawberries and Lace - Darkness. That was all that Elena could see as a gentle but firm hand on her lower back ushered her forward. This was not the frightening darkness of night, but a black, velvety warmth enveloping her. She felt safe. She felt loved. She felt happy. And maybe just a little bit impatient.

Rains of Passion - After snooping in Stefan’s room, Elena is shocked to find a missing puzzle piece to Stefan’s mysterious past, only to take out on the unexpecting Damon.

Caught Between The Center of Our Gravity - She grins like the Cheshire cat, eerie and fascinating and altogether so beautiful that his heart would stop if he had one. “Because,” she breathes, almost giddy with the weight of her words, “I love you.”

You and I collide - Elena, Damon, Bonnie, Jeremy, Tyler, Caroline, in the weeks after losing Stefan. “The werewolf he had trouble getting used to. The rest of them he just sort of accepted.”

→ Update: March 22, 2012

Same Sky, Different Ground - Snapshots starting from ‘The New Deal’.

On The House - There is a tiny voice in Elena’s head telling her that she’s going to want to repeatedly bang her head against the nearest wall once she sobers up. But, well, that’s hours from now, so what the hell. She is alive, again, and apparently, survivors are supposed to celebrate.

You Never Call Me When You’re Sober - Shortly after midnight, someone burst through the front door of the Salvatore house with all of the subtlety of a freight train, jarring Damon out of an alcohol induced sleep.

And It’s Hard to Dance With A Devil on Your Back - I am done with my graceless heart so tonight I’m going to cut it out and restart

(standing in the desert) wishing for rain - His whole life—his whole human life—the only person he’d wanted to be like was Damon.

A Beautiful Lie - She walks into his bedroom, that swing to her hips, the thunk, thunk of her boots rhythmic in the most basic of ways.

It’s raining crows and doppelgangers! - Elena had no idea in hell what she was doing, but when did she ever

Skinny - A swim in the lake turns out to be more than Damon and Elena could’ve expected.

No Time Like The Present - Continuation of the Delena scene in 3x11 Our Town.

Our Song’s Just Starting - Damon writes the hardest letter he’s ever had to pen…

Fragrance: Scandalous - Nighttime in the Salvatore mansion always seemed bigger and more ominous than anywhere else.

Honey Don’t Think - She should have never believed him when he said he was all right. Stubborn jerk.

All The Things You Can’t Take With You - It hits her like a shock to the heart. A million pinpricks all over her skin. But at least it’s something.

Blind Date - Damon and Elena end up on a blind date.

As Time Goes By - Caroline and Elena are on a class trip to Paris. They just happen to meet up with Damon and Mason along the way.

A Change in the Weather - Damon and Elena are on a road trip to find the one thing that can bring down the Originals but with unresolved issues comes tension. Will their relationship survive the trip or will hidden confessions make it even better?

ELEVEN/ROSE REC MASTER POST

Fics

PS.: The majority is the Eleven!canon, but some of them are not.

Make it Count - His life is pulsing against her back and she feels the murmur along his heart, against her back. It’s almost like the illusion of a double heartbeat.
World Without You - Eleven sees Amy and Rory together, thinks of another couple.
Remembered - Eleven remembering Rose during The Big Bang and the repercussions of that train of thought.
I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor - The year was 2002, she was sixteen-years-old, the skirt she wore was more of a belt and he really shouldn’t be here.
Flashes of Light and Unfinished Sentences - She’s just searching for a bloke.
A Good Egg, Slightly Cracked - Rory starts to understand the Doctor when he finds him looking through an old photo album. Suddenly, he’s not so envious of the Doctor anymore.
The Wonder That’s Keeping the Stars Apart - The Doctor needs a moment to gather strength and to remember.
Timey-Wimey - Amy makes a new friend and the doctor is not thrilled at all.
Effervescence - His pain, so raw and hot, is smoldering in him when even the basest of things, when even words were denied him and he knew then that time lords could waste time, because he had wasted his.
You Never Told Me About Lives Gone Unfinished - But now, standing in front of him in the dying wind, she tells him that she remembers. That the memories found her, even where he couldn’t go. All those worlds away, all those walls and he could still reach her. It’s important that he knows. That she can always remember, that she can still be found.
My days in the sun - There are nineteen years of Rose Tyler on planet Earth.  Nineteen years for the Doctor to ration at a distance, never speaking to her, only watching as she laughs and cries her way through life.
Clocks - “There really aren’t enough chances to say goodbye.”
A Time Lord’s Sense of Cruelty - Time doesn’t really have a sense of humour. Which is why the Doctor thinking time has a cruel sense of humour the day Rose Tyler stumbled into his life again probably does tell you more about him than it does time.
Paradoxes in London - “You alright, mate?”
Things that Stay the Same - Just as she’s found him again, Rose has to deal with a new incarnation of the Doctor.
Itch - He needs to get her out of his system, somehow.
Should auld acquaintance be forgot? - The Doctor unintentionally finds himself crossing paths with Rose Tyler the year before they met. Sequel: We’re going on a bear hunt.
A Little Longer - He’s more old-fashioned now, so he brings her flowers.
Dum Spiro Spero - ”Toast and tea and Rose,” he mutters, and kisses her again. The inside of her mouth is slick and warm and tastes faintly like grape preserves and Earl Grey. “Now why didn’t I think of that?” He makes a comical face, one of his braces slipping down a shoulder. “Stupid old me. Fish and custard, indeed. To be fair, she’d have had a tough time of getting you out of the icebox, but still—”
Making things right - She glances up at him, forgetting she still has the mascara marks on her cheeks. “Yes, quite upset about something, I’d say.” He pulls a handkerchief from nowhere and hands it to her. “Um. Thanks,” Rose says softly as she takes it and dabs her eyes. The man clears his throat and says in a slightly somber voice “…I’m sorry, by the way.”
Those stolen moments for teatime - He hadn’t ever quite said who he was, but it hadn’t taken her long to figure it out.
Is a gift, my dear, from me - It wasn’t long until he was scratching his palms.
The pain of remembering - The happy memories are the ones that hurt the most.
Through And Through - The cracks in the skin of the universe were open; it shouldn’t have been surprising that the fabric between his universe and hers had also come undone.
Circuitous - He pressed a kiss to her temple while they swayed, bought himself a few precious seconds to process her words. She felt so much like his companion. Thinner, maybe, but she was made of the same flesh that was Rose. She still smelled like ripe, red strawberries and the tea she made them both as she stumbled blearily around the TARDIS soon after waking. Her hair still caught around the tips of his fingers, made gently rough from so many uses of peroxide. Her cheeks flushed in the same angled pattern when she was pressed against him, and her hand fit his like there were no other hands in the world.
There Is A Light That Never Goes Out - He had meant to come here, so he didn’t know why he was so surprised. Maybe because she’d never mentioned this, never mentioned improbably meeting an odd stranger at a New Year’s party. But it wasn’t improbability at all. It was the absolute certainty that he would always find a way back to Rose.
His Girl Friday - In which the Doctor dreams a conversation with himself.
Wait - Because Eleven communicates best with little girls.
A kind of grace - On the outside looking in as a loudmouthed ginger in a white gown dances with her new groom, his thoughts stray towards Rose Tyler—and he lets them.
Something Borrowed - After sacrificing himself, the Doctor ends up in the least expected of places.
Chasing Dreams and Catching Them - A flight of fancy, really. A hypothetical conjecture.
Point of origin - All ghost stories have their origins in some small form of truth.
Nothing is Ever Forgotten - And whenever Amy reminded him of the twelve years, he could imagine a signature grin aimed at him, and that voice he wouldn’t admit to missing saying “Well, that’s even worse than twelve months!” Companion piece: Sometimes.
Still a perfect fit - They’re just two strangers on a park bench.
For Us, Time is Relative - Oh, he is a thief, the Doctor is.  A thief of the worst kind, but she is the one that he has always wanted to keep.
Madmen and Love - So she leaves his spent body behind, another wound opening on a cardial battleground; the ache of her palms filled by Torchwood gunmetal.
The Pathos of Forgiveness - It is a relief to see the grand and impossible through the small and lonely; it makes everything easier and greater, makes him learn how it feels to be breathless.
Make Believe - ”I love benches.”
You Always Dance at Weddings - She huffs, but takes his hand when he offers it. For someone so thin, he is inexplicably strong enough to pull her to her feet.
Small Wonders - A Harry Potter AU; small snippets of the Doctor’s life at Hogwarts.
One day soon I’ll hold you like the sun holds the moon - The Doctor steals one night, one night between giant cakes and ginger girls; he keeps one night for himself.
The turning of the moon - Rose has learned that with the Doctor, with this Doctor, almost everything has a time limit.
For a Lover of Long Ago - He pays for the book and before he leaves stops at the guestbook, signing it the same as ever. Dame Rose of the Powell Estate.
Same Man - Rory and the Doctor were trapped in the bottom of a Holgathian water pit when the storm broke over their heads.
Lullabies of the manic - Oh it never stopped. That voice. That inkling. That song in the back of his mind, in the depths of his soul, in the nooks and crannies of his heart. (You could still have her).
His past is her future - He tells himself he’s not really looking for her, that the part of his life in which she existed is gone  and behind him now.
It’s Only a Ghost - The TARDIS has a place she wants Amy to see.
I’ve Been Running - She was a story ended, a chapter closed. Perhaps her legends continued without him and he feverishly hoped they did, even if he would never hear them.

TENTOO/ROSE REC MASTER POST

One-shots, Ficlets and Drabbles

End of the Line - The TARDIS calls Rose back to Bad Wolf Bay for one final goodbye.
Daisies - He has a habit of running late and today is no different.
Shine - Oh how things look on deserted street corners in the early hours of the morning.
She’s going to be brilliant - Life is quiet moments spent lying in fields, staring up at the clouds.
Kissing Polaris - She’s brought the universe into their bedroom.
Dream catcher - Everything is different, but nothing has changed.
Buttons - Rose Tyler’s life sometimes seems made up of buttons to press.
Memory’s A Funny Thing - “Hi” is on almost every list. Well, the good lists. The really important lists (not like the Things You Must Remember To Say To Rose Tyler’s Mum; that’s a rubbish list and Rose’s “Hi” is most certainly not on it).
Forget Me Not - Oh, he knows he won’t really die, but he won’t be him the way he is now. The nerves in his fingers won’t recall warmth the exact same way, won’t recall the ache.

TEN/ROSE REC MASTER POST

The Process of Becoming - “Life is a process of becoming, a combination of states we have to go through. Where people fail is that they wish to elect a state and remain in it. This is a kind of death.”

Feeling Eletric - He knows from experience that the unnatural silence that settles over the room when the bell jingles can mean only one thing: a hot girl has entered the comic book store…
Lost - This was born out of the idea that being so close to Rose in “Partners in Crime” left some vague impression on the Doctor’s brain. And on all the discussion about the Doctor’s song ending.
Miles to Go - And it’s all here for you, as long as you choose to stay. It’s all here for you, as long as you don’t fly away.
Incompatible - What happens when alien hormones bring the Doctor and Rose together?

Less Than Dignified Escapes - Through a series of adventures where aliens attack and clothing goes mysteriously missing, the Doctor and Rose find themselves seeing a lot more of each other than expected.
The Language Lessons - Rose teases the Doctor, and the Doctor responds. Emphatically.
Bump!verse - She waddles over, best she can, and swats him on the arm. “Your bloody fault, you know.”
Pocket!verse - The Doctor learns there may well be a higher authority.
DoctorDonnaRose’verse - The Doctor, Donna and Rose travel together in the TARDIS.

Crossroads - They’re scattered across the universe, but you’ll probably never see one. They represent what doesn’t exist; they represent what might have happened; they represent a chance or a choice, depending on your point of view. But should you ever see a crossroads, and you wonder about that other path…if you’re the Doctor and Rose, this is what you’d do.
Bubble of Denial - After the discovering of an odd alien device, Rose, tired of waiting for the impossible, decides to take her destiny into her own hands.
Hope ‘verse - Sometimes you find something you hadn’t known you’d lost.
Skinned knees ‘verse - They read the book on the lawn in front of the library and he talks about sand and monkeys and zebras for an hour. Later it’s Morocco, Alaska, France, Argentina, the moon.
